honestly there’s so much entitlement that i can’t even begin to fathom. i’ve broken this down into sections because i’m angry.

a) he is promiscuous and it’s a stereotype like do you know how many young lgbp sex havers are shamed for having sexual desire. you know about the desexualization of characters of color in western media? do you know what it means to so many people of color to have a character have a character who is both desired and has their own agency because AND is a character of color? 

b) he is pushy and forces himself on my poor baby alec honestly go fuck yourself. he doesn’t. he never once touches alec without his permission. when alec tells him to back off, he does. if alec had told him to leave the wedding you know for sure he would have. stop trying to demonize characters of color for wanting to be loved by people who actually have feelings for them.

c) but he’s predatory. he isn’t. he’s literally not. his feelings are reciprocated, he’s not doing anything wrong. alec is AN adult. he is. alec in the show is 20 years old. and it’s alec who finally takes the step forward and kisses him. 

 there is nothing about magnus’ being bisexual that you hate. it’s that he’s not white. admit it.
